Our Story

In 1991, Warren founded Q & A Research with a vision to provide insightful, high-quality market research that would help businesses thrive. Over the decades, Q & A grew into a trusted partner for countless companies, known for its meticulous attention to detail and innovative approaches.

In January 2024, a new chapter began. Five dedicated employees — Charlotte, Allison, Craig, Jim, and Samantha — took the helm, purchasing the company from Warren and committing to uphold its legacy. Each brought unique skills and a shared passion for excellence, ready to lead Q & A into a future brimming with possibilities.

Charlotte and Allison, the experienced project managers, provide expert guidance and strategy on how to achieve the best results from marketing research. Craig and Jim, the data experts, bring precision and depth to every analysis, ensuring robust and reliable data support. Samantha, the skilled analyst, translates data into meaningful insights, providing clarity and actionable recommendations.
